We are looking for the position of:
Waiter
Responsibilities:
Adheres to all defined standards, procedures, and rules of conduct
Responsible for serving drinks and food to guests and maintaining a high standard of service at all times
Possesses knowledge of all items on the menu, wine, and beverage list; checks the daily specials, menu, and beverage and wine list
Assists colleagues in providing guest services
Understands and executes the details of restaurant operations
Regularly reports work issues to superiors
Takes care of restaurant inventory
Provides recommendations and suggestions to guests when choosing drinks and food
Performs operations for banquets, events, and ceremonies
Checks guest satisfaction with the provided service
Issues invoices and collects payments for services provided
Prepares and organizes the dining area
Attends all training organized by management
Final operations: handing over daily revenue, cleaning utensils, polishing
Maintains the work area clean and tidy at all times
Follows all health regulations and procedures
Executes other specific tasks as instructed by superiors.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar positions
Computer literacy
Knowledge of the English language
