Job Title: CRM Solutions Strategist (Hubspot)
Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual passionate about optimising workflows and managing data? BOSS MGMT GRP is looking for a CRM Solutions Strategist to join our team and help us streamline our CRM, marketing automation, and operational processes. This is a part-time, remote position where you’ll be critical in ensuring our systems run efficiently and support our growth.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimise our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, managing user access, and configuring properties, workflows, and pipelines.
- Marketing Automation: Design, implement, and manage email campaigns, sequences, and workflows to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to help teams track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Integration Management: This role oversees and optimises integrations between HubSpot and external platforms to ensure seamless and efficient communication between tools.
- User Training and Support: Onboard new users, provide ongoing training, and troubleshoot issues to ensure teams can leverage HubSpot effectively.
- Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and processes and recommend improvements using HubSpot features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align HubSpot configurations with organisational goals.
- Stay Updated: Monitor HubSpot updates, new features, and industry trends to keep our systems cutting-edge.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in Hubspot process & strategy or a similar CRM/marketing automation role.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HubSpot features, including CRM, marketing automation, reporting, and integrations. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find innovative solutions.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data management and process optimisation.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Qualifications:
- No specific degree is required, but certifications in HubSpot (e.g., HubSpot Academy certifications) are highly valued.
- Prior experience in CRM management, digital marketing, or sales operations is preferred.
- An advantage is proficiency in tools like Google Sheets/Excel and project management platforms.
