Role Description
This is a full-time HR Manager role located on-site in Podgorica. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies to support the hotel's business objectives.
Qualifications
- HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills,
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements,
- Experience in developing HR strategies,
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
