HEAD CHEF
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Planning, developing, and implementing menus that align with hotel standards and hospitality trends;
  • Ensuring a high standard of food quality and presentation by conducting regular inspections to maintain consistency in all dishes;
  • Monitoring and controlling food costs, managing inventory levels, and implementing efficient purchasing practices to optimize resources and minimize waste;
  • Monitoring hygiene standards and food safety regulations, as well as ensuring compliance with all legal requirements;
  • Supervising and motivating kitchen staff, fostering a team-oriented work atmosphere;
  • Keeping up with culinary trends and innovations, integrating new techniques and dishes into the restaurant's offerings;
Expectations:
  • Proven experience in similar positions, with a strong background in kitchen management, preferably in a hotel or luxury restaurant;
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team;
  • Creativity in food preparation and ability to adapt menus;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards;
  • Proficiency in English is desirable.

ŠEF KUHINJE

Ključne odgovornosti:
  • Planiranje, razvoj i implementacija menija koji su u skladu sa standardima hotela i trendovima u ugostiteljstvu;
  • Osiguranje visokog standarda kvaliteta hrane i prezentacije, sprovodeći redovne inspekcije kako bi se održala dosljednost svih jela;
  • Praćenje i kontrola troškova hrane, upravljanje nivoima zaliha i implementirati efikasne prakse nabavke kako bi se optimizovali resursi i minimizovao otpad;
  • Praćenje higijenskih standarda i propisa o bezbjednosti hrane i svim zakonskim zahtjevima;
  • Nadziranje i motivacija kuhinjskog osoblja, uz timsku radnu atmosferu;
  • Praćenje kulinarskih trendova i inovacija, integrišući nove tehnike i jela u ponudu restorana.
Zahtjevi:
  • Dokazana iskustva na sličnim pozicijama, sa jakim pozadinama u upravljanju kuhinjom, po mogućstvu u hotelskom ili luksuznom restoranu;
  • Odlične liderske i organizacione vještine, sa sposobnošću inspirisanja i motivisanja raznovrsnog tima;
  • Kreativnost u pripremi hrane i sposobnost prilagođavanja menija;
  • Odlične komunikacione vještine i rad u dinamičnom okruženju;
  • Poznavanje standarda bezbjednosti hrane i higijene;
  • Poznavanje engleskog jezika je poželjno.
