Finance and Accounting Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and is responsible for recording all financial documentation;
- Records incomes and expenses, and other orders in the accounting software;
- Tracks and reconciles accounts receivable and payable and compiles follow-up reports on various periodic bases as requested;
- Maintains the fixed assets register, calculates asset depreciation and submits accounting records to the supervisor;
- Reconciles inventory accounts with financial accounting;
- Maintains and is responsible for the accounting system according to tax legislation and accounting principles;
- Prepares VAT, tax and other legal obligations declarations within the deadlines established by law;
- Calculates salaries and reports them to the Tax Administration;
- Archives and organizes financial documents;
- Monitors bank accounts and prepares periodic reports as requested;
- Cooperates and coordinates with external collaborators, if any.
- Have completed Bachelor's studies - Faculty of Economics, majoring in Finance and Accounting;
- Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in accounting - Previous accounting experience in the field of production and restaurants will be an advantage in the selection of candidates;
- Professional accounting certifications from relevant accredited institutions - Possession of certificates will be an advantage in the selection of candidates;
- Have very good knowledge in the use of Excel - Advanced Excel;
- Have good communication skills both in speaking and writing in Albanian and English;
- Be willing to work in a team and manage challenging situations.
