Marketing Specialist

We want you to really get into people’s minds and see what they desire and ultimately whip up some new products that everyone will love! You’ll be involved in all aspects of bringing a new product to market - from the initial concept right through to product launch. 

• Analyze Montenegro market for brand penetration
• Create relationships between brand and third parties of the marketing industry
• Create, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns that promote current company initiatives, product launches and market development;
• Measure results of marketing campaigns;
• Identify opportunities to advance brand recognition, client engagement and customer exposure;
• Collaborate on all web-based initiatives with the intention of increasing client interaction---including social media, blogs and e-blasts;
• Identify and manage client databases;
• Assist with product development, including the design and management of new product launch;
• Collect and analyze Marketing data;
• Prepare reports on findings and presents them visually as well as interprets complex data in a clear and understandable way;

• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business or similar fields;
• At least 2 years of work experience in Marketing or related to the position; 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Excellent empathic and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent analytical skills, to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality;
• Advanced working knowledge of basic computer programs, such as MS Office applications.
