Supply Chain Officer

• Supports and assists the Supply Manager throughout the orders process (preparing the order, tracking down to completion)
• Supports and assists the Supply Manager in daily activities to effectively manage inventory
• Forecasts future orders by cost-benefit ratio
• Forecasts for product spending on a daily, monthly and as-needed basis
• Inserts data entry into the system / software
• Communicates with restaurants about products/goods orders
• Checks inventories on a periodic basis at the Central Warehouse
• Communicates with various supply companies and organizes cargo transportation
• Prepares documentation for import of products in co-ordination with third-party customs intermediary 
• Is responsible for the whole logistics process of goods by preparing the necessary documents and following the process from the point of loading to the delivery
• Supports the Supply Manager in daily, weekly and monthly meetings
• Cooperates with internal and external partners
• Performs other relevant tasks based on the department's needs / requirements.

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management; Master degree will be considered a priority
• Minimum 2 years work experience in any of the fields - Supply Chain, Transport or Logistics
• Excellent knowledge on Logistics & Finance terms 
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills, knowledge on various Inventory Management databases
• Management skills, self-initiative and creativity
• Positive and professional attitude
• Project management skills in Supply Chain, Transport or Logistics
• Ready to work in a rapidly developing and dynamic work environment.
