Office Coordinator
Our company is looking to hire an Office Coordinator to assist and support Office Manager with day to day operation of our office. Duties involve greeting visitors, daily correspondence, responding to inquiries, purchasing office supplies, managing inventory, communication with our associates, website administration, organizing and monitoring bookings.
To be a successful hire, previous working experience within tourism services segment is desirable. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Office Coordinator responsibilities:
- Overseeing general office operation.
- Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, emails, and delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Supervising administrative activities.
- Coordinating bookings of our fleet and our associates.
- Coordinating day to day operations and financials with our accounting.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, managing our website.
Office Coordinator Requirements:
- Experience in service industry
- Proficient knowledge of English, additional languages are advantage
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
