We are looking passionate Waiter who will be a key figure in food and beverage team.

We are looking passionate Waiter who will be a key figure in food and beverage team.
Duties and key responsibilities:
- Warm and graciously welcome and serve guests and members to Mövenpick Teuta Kotor Bay resort, ensuring that orders are taken correctly and product standards are maintained
- Take guest orders, serve food and beverages and process billing to guests and ensure a high quality of service and products are offered
- Responsible for providing attentive and warm but efficient guest service while maximizing revenue and sales opportunities
- Practice upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential, seeking opportunities to deliver additional value and products. Ensure hygiene standards and cleanliness is maintained in all restaurant areas.
- Constantly obtain guest feedback during operation to ensure high guest satisfaction while taking ownership of guest complaints and communicating with supervisor for resolution
- Enforce personal grooming and physical appearance standards
- Follow opening and closing checklists to ensure the restaurant is ready for operation and closed after working day in line with standards, including but not limited to ensuring proper cleanliness after closing
- Register and process any transactions in line with accounting policies, ensuring proper accounting and fiscalization procedures are followed
- Ensure full knowledge of the menu, menu items and daily specials and perform related duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications, experience and skills:
- High School degree required. Hospitality education preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a five-star environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and nurture relationships
- Basic wine and cocktail knowledge preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English, additional languages a plus
