Company: Montenegro Duty Free dooMontenegro Duty Free is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our growing team. If you're a motivated finance professional looking to work in a dynamic international environment, this role offers the opportunity to provide efficient, effective, and proactive support to our Finance Department.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with the preparation of timely and accurate monthly accounts
- Reviewing monthly costs in comparison with budgets and forecasts
- Supporting the preparation of statutory financial statements
- Generating weekly and monthly KPI, Treasury, and business performance reports
- Facilitating communication across the Finance team and wider business
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Gathering and analysing data in support of business projects
- Performing other tasks within the Finance Department responsibilities
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance
- Proven commercial awareness and understanding
- Solid knowledge of local and international accounting standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize effectively, with a strong focus on teamwork
- Strong IT proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Navision is a plus)
- Fluency in English is essential
