Key Responsibilities and Activities:
- Provision with raw materials such as (Boxes VAP, shot glass, and others).
- Complete control over delivery, from filing of applications to warehouse delivery.
- Work with short – term and monthly – planned applications.
- Contract duty control and supplier linked settlements.
- Documentation (supplier linked settlements, contracts, accountancy).
- Market monitoring and tenders amongst suppliers.
- Contract works – from agreement to settlement.
- Import of raw materials (From EU and Asia region).
- Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best conditions for the POS materials’ purchase.
- Supervision of the project from the moment the production was launched, and the goods were shipped to the company's warehouses.
- Project timings control at all stages
- New suppliers researching.
Realization of projects regarding new production releases.
Requirements:
- Work experience in production company or purchasing department will be advantageous
- English level – B2 and upper
- Russian nice to have but not obligatory
- Readiness to work in the office Niksic Montenegro
- Expertise in materials for production (cartoon boxes, glass, ); Expertise in technology and work with printed products. Understanding and knowledge of gift packaging production.
- Knowledge of the pricing principles for commercial materials production.
