Job Title: Creator Partnerships Manager (Remote Sales – Based in Montenegro)

BOSS MGMT GRP is a global talent agency representing top-tier social media creators—primarily on YouTube—to our network of over 1,400 brands and media agencies. We broker sponsored integrations inside YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
Due to time zone and operational alignment, we’re now looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to join our remote sales team based in Montenegro.
What the Role Is About:
This is not a digital marketing or content creation role.
It’s a target-driven remote sales role, ideal for someone focused, persuasive, and passionate about sales strategy, negotiation, and communication.
You’ll represent creators and act as the bridge between brands and talent, pitching, negotiating, and securing paid partnerships across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Building and managing a roster of digital creators (mainly YouTube)
Pitching creators to relevant brands and agencies for paid sponsorships
Acting as a deal negotiator and mediator between the creator and the brand to align interests and close contracts
Utilising HubSpot CRM to manage, track, and report on all sales activity and deal pipelines
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and execution
Maintaining strong communication and updates with both creators and brands, primarily via email
Building meaningful relationships with both the brands assigned to you and the creators you represent
Managing multiple opportunities simultaneously across various stages of the sales cycle
Staying sharp on emerging trends in influencer marketing and the creator space
Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs related to outreach, deals, and revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be currently based in Montenegro
- Excellent written and spoken English - email communication is key.
- A strong communicator who understands the power of words and persuasion
- Detail-oriented and highly organised—particularly when working with Google Sheets and CRM systems like HubSpot
- Someone who learns quickly, adapts fast, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced negotiations and balancing the needs of both parties
- Passionate about sales, closing deals, and using proven sales tactics and strategies
- A self-starter who’s motivated to exceed minimum expectations and maximise commission earnings
- Previous experience in sales, partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent representation is a bonus, but not a must
