Position Summary:
- Participates in planning and executing marketing campaigns, creates content in English, and manages digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta).
- Coordinates external production, designs materials in Canva, monitors competitors, and bridges communication between sales and marketing
- Participate in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital / offline).
- Create content in English (landing pages, emails, social media, ads).
- Coordinate with contractors: design, photo/video, printing.
- Manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Design visuals and materials using Canva. Competitor analysis and trend monitoring.
- Assist in preparing events and presentations.Support communication between the sales and marketing departments.
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) — mandatory.
- Knowledge of Russian and Serbian is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing.
- Confident use of Canva, Google Ads, Meta Ads.
- Strong writing skills and computer literacy.
- Preferred: experience in real estate, tourism, or the luxury sector.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a good eye for aesthetics
