Main responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies
- Collaborate with team leaders and operations to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated, tracked, and delivered within scope and deadlines
- Support the creation of proposals for ongoing and new client initiatives
- Monitor project performance; analyze results and proactively suggest improvements
- Track invoicing and payments, and help monitor account profitability
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams
- Identify and suggest upsell opportunities based on clients’ needs and goals
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the collaboration
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills essential for this position:
- Excellent command of the English language – mandatory;
- Previous experience in the digital marketing sector – mandatory;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to organize work efficiently;
- Proactivity and problem-solving orientation.
