Project Manager
Job Description:
International Bridge is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of software projects. If you have a proven track record in project management and are looking to work in a dynamic environment, we would like to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement software projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables,
- Coordinate and manage project teams, resources, and schedules,
- Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and timeline,
- Identify and manage project risks and issues,
- Ensure quality standards are met and project deliverables are on time and within budget,
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or software development industry,
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies,
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills,
- Experience with project management tools and software,
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English,
- Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
