Product Manager
Location: Belgrade or Podgorica

Role Overview:
As Product Manager for Montenegro, you act as the dedicated product lead for the Montenegro market, working across all product verticals including Sportsbook, Casino, Payments, Retail and Online. You are the single point of contact for all product-related topics in the country, owning the local backlog and helping ensure product strategies and execution are aligned with market demands. You understand the regulatory environment, customer needs and local competition, and you work closely with central Product Managers and Heads, Business stakeholders, Marketing, Compliance and Tech to prioritize, coordinate and deliver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary product liaison for all teams regarding the Montenegro market.
• Build strong understanding of the local player needs, channel behaviours, regulatory constraints and market dynamics.
• Translate market-specific requirements into actionable inputs for Product Managers across all verticals.
• Maintain local product backlog in alignment with group priorities and coordinate delivery with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with business units (Marketing, CRM, Risk, Operations) to track performance and product impact.
• Support local compliance and legal alignment for product development and rollouts.
• Communicate country-specific timelines, blockers and priorities in portfolio and roadmap planning cycles.
• Coordinate with QA and Delivery on go-lives, local verifications and post-release validations.
• Provide local insights on competition, new trends and technology shifts that impact the product offering.
• Support pilot projects, experiments or campaigns in Montenegro and help evaluate results.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Business roles within gambling, tech or digital services.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and common PM tools.
• Business-level English and fluency in Montenegrian/Serbian/Croatian.
• Generalist mindset with ability to switch across multiple product domains.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work across functions and borders.
• Structured, independent and delivery oriented.
