Market Development Specialist
Work Location: Podgorica
We are looking for an experienced Market Development Specialist for infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
Main responsibilities include:
- Familiarity with Montenegro's CEJN, EBRD, and EIB bidding websites and processes; experience in preparing bids is preferred, especially in project cost estimation, financial proposals, and risk assessment.
- Understanding of Podgorica government departments and policies regarding various transportation/renewable energy projects;
- Fluent in English, long-term resident of Podgorica, and able to handle financial communication and coordination.
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced individual capable of independent decision-making.
