A development group with 10 years of experience in construction projects in Montenegro and Serbia is seeking an internationally qualified lawyer for long-term cooperation.
Format:
- Remote, full-time
- 5/2 schedule (flexible working hours)
- Conducting legal investigations within commercial structures, including corruption risks, anti–money laundering (AML) risks, business damage, and reputational risk assessment
- Analysis of court practice
- Development and implementation of compliance strategy (financial, tax, and anti-corruption compliance)
- Assessment of litigation prospects, preparation of legal strategies and roadmaps
- Higher legal education (LL.M. or equivalent)
- Courtroom litigation experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in cross-border compliance cases
- Experience working with the jurisdictions of Serbia and Montenegro
- Mandatory proficiency in Russian, Serbian, and English

- оценка судебных перспектив, подготовка стратегий и дорожных карт.
Требования:
- высшее юридическое образование.
- знание юрисдикции: Черногория
- судебная практика Черногории.
- опыт от 10 лет.
- практика трансграничных кейсов комплаенса.
- опыт работы с юрисдикциями: Сербии, Черногории.
