As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across all kitchen and back-of-house areas. You will lead and motivate the stewarding team, ensuring smooth daily operations and full compliance with health, safety, and company standards. You will oversee cleaning schedules, manage equipment and chemical usage, monitor stock of supplies, and support the culinary and service teams to ensure an efficient and well-organized working environment.
