As an integral part of the Coinis team, your role as a Junior Affiliate Manager is a dynamic and multifaceted position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and performance-driven execution.
About your position:
As a Junior Affiliate Manager, you will contribute to the growth of our global partner network while gaining hands-on experience in:
- Campaign & Portfolio Management: Building and scaling a personal partner portfolio from day one while creating and optimizing campaigns across multiple industry niches.
- Business Development: Actively hunting for new clients and opportunities to buy/sell internet traffic globally.
- Strategic Market Research: Monitoring financial, tech, and demographic trends to stay ahead in the 220+ countries where we operate.
- Relationship & Brand Management: Maintaining professional communication with partners and safeguarding the company’s local and global image.
- Execution & Innovation: Assisting management in campaign realization while initiating new advertising methods and developing creative visual assets.
- Reporting & Growth: Regularly submitting performance reports and staying up-to-date with market trends through continuous education.
Job requirements:
We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven junior professional who is motivated to learn and develop. Some of the qualities listed below would be a plus:
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining global partner relationships.
- Proactive and results-driven approach with the ability to identify new business and traffic opportunities.
- Curiosity for digital marketing trends, market research, and continuous learning in a fast-paced industry.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's, Specialist's or a Master's degree.
- English intermediate and up, other languages are appreciated
Experience
