We’re seeking an active, ambitious, and results-driven Junior Sales Development Representative Manager to join our sales team. This is an entry-level managerial role for a proactive “hunter” ready to build and scale the sales pipeline from the ground up in a high-energy environment.

About your position:
In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong pipelines and contributing to the expansion of our global client network:

 

  • Active Hunting: Proactively identifying and pursuing new leads and business opportunities.
  • Funnel Management: Building, managing, and optimizing the sales funnel to ensure consistent growth.
  • Outbound Sales: Driving outbound efforts and closing deals through a hands-on approach.
  • Market Analysis: Researching and monitoring financial and technological trends to stay ahead of global market shifts.
  • Strategic Innovation: Initiating new outreach methods and proposing changes to improve overall acquisition performance.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Safeguarding the company’s image and reputation in both local and international markets.

Job requirements:
Much of your time will be dedicated to the following activities:

  • Proactively hunt for new leads and opportunities
  • Build and manage the sales funnel
  • Drive outbound sales efforts and close deals hands-on

Qualifications:
Education

  • Bachelor's, Specialist's or a Master's degree.
  • English intermediate and up, other languages are appreciated

Experience:

  • This is an entry-level managerial role for a proactive “hunter” ready to build and scale the sales pipeline from the ground up in a high-energy environment.
