ADRIATIC42 is strategically located in one of the safest natural harbors in the world; the enclosed Boka Kotorska Bay in Montenegro. Our aim is to continuously develop and strengthen our operations by employing the latest equipment and the industry’s most cost-effective techniques and services, bringing the country’s renowned sector skills to the Mediterranean/Adriatic yacht market.
We are now recruiting to put the right team in place to take this venture forward!
Subsequently an opportunity has now arisen for experienced Mechanical Pipe Fitter who will carry out all phases of repairs and fabrication of pipes through sketches and drawing such as fit-up, cutting by Oxy/Acy torch, tack welding etc. for machinery, equipment and service piping, across the yard in order to ensure uninterrupted operation of the same.

Required qualifications, experience & skills:
- High School
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Mechanical/Pipe Fitter in a similar environment
- Able to identify pipe and fittings base on the ASME standard diameter, wall thickness schedules and materials descriptions
- Able to identify and should be familiar to use power tools and hand tools related to pipe dismantling, fabrication and installations
- Should be very familiar with pipe measuring tools and equipment
- Fair knowledge of English language
Key responsibilities:
- Perform all phases of repairs and fabrication of pipes through sketches and drawing such as fit-up, cutting by Oxy/Acy torch, tack welding etc. for machineries, equipment and service piping, across the yard.
- Attain daily productivity targets given by the foreman.
- Ensure materials are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages when required.
- Use fabrication / fit-up tools in an optimum way in order to deliver maximum output
- Work within allocated timescale to meet department targets.
