ADRIATIC42 is a first-class yard for the servicing, maintaining and repairing of yachts and superyachts. ADRIATIC42 is strategically located in one of the safest natural harbors in the world; the enclosed Boka Kotorska Bay in Montenegro. Our aim is to continuously develop and strengthen our operations by employing the latest equipment and the industry’s most cost-effective techniques and services, bringing the country’s renowned sector skills to the Mediterranean/Adriatic yacht market.
We are now recruiting to put the right team in place to take this venture forward!
Subsequently an opportunity has now arisen for experienced Project Controller who will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing technical specifications, and supporting bid preparation.

Subsequently an opportunity has now arisen for experienced Project Controller who will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, analyzing technical specifications, and supporting bid preparation.
Required qualifications, experience & skills:
- High School or University Diploma – Economics, Marine Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Controller in a similar environment (industrial environment / yacht refit industry).
- Very good knowledge in technical terms and report writing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and successfully execute tasks in accordance with departmental / project objectives.
- Sound knowledge of technical terminology, particularly that use in a marine and yacht repair environment.
- Must be fluent in English.
Key responsibilities:
- Review project documentation and technical requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams for accurate pricing.
- Maintain historical cost data for future reference.
- Monitor and analyze project consumed hours against the approved budget, identify variances, and determine root causes of deviations to support cost control.
