JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented F&B Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with the highest standards of a 5-star property. You will supervise F&B outlets, guide staff, and ensure guest satisfaction at every step.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented F&B Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will support the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with the highest standards of a 5-star property. You will supervise F&B outlets, guide staff, and ensure guest satisfaction at every step.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Assist the F&B Manager in daily duties and monitor compliance with established standards
- Supervise and coordinate the work of staff in all F&B outlets
- Ensure guest satisfaction in collaboration with the F&B Manager
- Support employees in their tasks, offering guidance and coaching
- Inform the F&B Manager about operational needs or improvements required in outlets
- Prepare and maintain reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Perform other duties assigned by the F&B Manager

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within luxury hotels or restaurants
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong guest-oriented approach with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining top service quality
