Opis posla:
- Održava kompletnu higijenu hotelskih apartmana i vila, kupatila, hodnika, kancelarija, liftova, stepeništa i ostalih pratećih prostora; po nalogu Menadžera
- Priprema apartmane i vile za dolaske gostiju.
- Prati odlaske gostiju i vrši kontrolu sobnog inventara; provjerava ispravnost opreme i namještaja u apartmanima i vilama
- Pravilno vodi evidenciju o zauzeću soba na osnovu čega daje tačan izveštaj; koordinira svoj rad sa radom recepcije, prema planu dolaska i odlaska gostiju, prema nalogu svog Menadžera
- Odgovara za ključ – karticu koju koristi za vrijeme rada;
- U procesu rada pridržava se dobijenih standarda i uputstava: kako se sprema soba, kako se i kojim sredstvima čiste razni materijali i predmeti, kako se popunjavaju hotelski standardi, kako se rukuje opremom za čišćenje; poštuje hotelske propise i standardne
- U toku rada racionalno koristi potrošni materijal, razvrstava upotrijebljenu posteljinu i peškire kao i otpadni materijal – smeće;
- Tehničke neispravnosti prijavljuje Menadžeru domaćinstva; blagovremeno obavještava menadžera o nastaloj šteti ili nestalom inventaru;
- Nađene stvari koje je gost zaboravio predaje Menadžeru, radi evidencije u knjizi zaboravljenih stvari;
- Po utvrđenim standardima pruža odgovarajuće servise gostima ( noćno spremanje tj. turn down)
- Spremna je da izvrši zadatke u slučaju vanrednih okolnosti (požar, poplava, nestanak struje)
- Prati kretanje gostiju i prijavljuje pojavu sumnjivih lica i predmeta u hotelu;
- Za svoj rad odgovorna je Menadžeru Domaćinstva
- Osim poslova navedenih u popisu poslova i zadataka, zaposlena se obavezuje da obavlja i druge poslove i zadatke koji su skladu sa propisima i standardima njegovog zanimanja spadaju u djelokrug rada.

Housekeeping assistants
Job Description:
- Maintains full cleanliness of hotel apartments and villas, including bathrooms, hallways, offices, elevators, staircases, and other associated areas, as instructed by the Manager.
- Prepares apartments and villas for guest arrivals.
- Monitors guest departures and performs room inventory checks; ensures that all equipment and furniture in apartments and villas are in proper working condition.
- Keeps accurate records of room occupancy and provides precise reports; coordinates work with the reception based on guest arrival and departure schedules, as instructed by the Manager.
- Responsible for the key card used during working hours.
- Follows established standards and procedures during work, including: how to clean rooms, which cleaning products to use for different materials and surfaces, how to meet hotel standards, and how to properly handle cleaning equipment; complies with hotel policies and procedures.
- Uses consumable materials responsibly; sorts used bed linen and towels, as well as waste materials.
- Reports any technical issues to the Housekeeping Manager; promptly informs the Manager about any damage or missing inventory.
- Hands over any items left behind by guests to the Manager for recording in the lost and found log.
- Provides appropriate guest services according to established standards (e.g. evening turn-down service).
- Ready to perform duties in emergency situations (fire, flood, power outage).
- Monitors guest movement and reports any suspicious persons or objects within the hotel.
- Reports directly to the Housekeeping Manager.
- In addition to the listed duties, the employee agrees to perform other tasks that fall within the scope of their profession and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
