Main responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for the internal check and technical interpretation to contractors of design drawings of all stages, calculation sheets, Bill of Quantity, etc, and be able to complete quantity computation, price analysis independently.
- Be responsible for drafting related documents such as analysis, reports during the design, application for construction and construction process.
- Participate in organizing the design progress coordination meeting and joint checking of drawing with designer, contractor, independent engineer and related parties.
- Participation in the preparatory works of the projects, documentation and on-site review during the construction,final settlement after acceptance, communication and coordination with related parties to ensure the conformity of project progress.
- Assistance with the preparation of bidding documents, development of construction organization plan, work quantity review, unit price analysis and other technical works for bidding.
- Complete other works arranged by the manager.
