Position description:
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing dishes in their assigned kitchen section while maintaining high standards of hygiene and food quality. This role includes following recipes, using kitchen equipment responsibly, keeping tools in proper condition, and reporting any damages or malfunctions. The Line Cook assists with stock management and performs additional tasks as assigned. Teamwork, attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and professionalism are essential. 

Requirements:
  • Follow hotel standards and supervisor instructions.
  • Maintain hygiene, equipment, and stock control.
  • Prepare quality dishes according to recipes and taste before service.
  • Manage shift handovers and workstation setup.
  • Perform assigned duties while upholding company values.
  • Basic knowledge of English
