Position description:
The Demi Chef de Partie assists the section chef in daily kitchen operations, helping with food preparation, receiving and storing ingredients, and maintaining hygiene and organization in their assigned area. The role involves properly handling kitchen equipment, reporting damages or shortages, following opening and closing procedures, supporting overall kitchen standards, and performing other tasks as assigned while modeling professional behavior in line with company values.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of kitchen procedures and food hygiene standards.
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills, with leadership and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail, precision, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge in English, additional languages are an advantage.
