Job Title: Partnerships Assistant - BOSS Media (Remote - Based in Montenegro)

BOSS MGMT GRP is a global creator economy business operating across talent management and brand partnerships. Our brand-side division, BOSS Media, works directly with brands and media agencies to source and scale creator campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
We're looking for a Partnerships Assistant to support our brand-side sales team. You'll work directly under senior partnership managers, building a career in creator commerce from the inside.
About the Role:
This is an entry-level support role, not a closing role. It's ideal for someone organised, sharp, and hungry to learn. You'll assist senior partnership managers with the day-to-day work that keeps deals moving: research, outreach, creator sourcing, CRM hygiene, follow-ups, and admin around live campaigns. Over time, with proven performance, this role progresses into a full Partnerships Manager position.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting senior partnership managers across active brand campaigns
- Researching and shortlisting creators against incoming brand briefs
- Drafting outreach emails, follow-ups, and creator pitches under direction
- Keeping HubSpot CRM clean, accurate, and up to date across all pipelines
- Tracking deal stages, logging activity, and preparing weekly pipeline reports
- Coordinating scheduling, contracts, and campaign admin between brands and creators
- Maintaining Google Sheets trackers for rates, deliverables, and live campaigns
- Sitting in on negotiation calls to learn how senior managers structure and close deals
- Staying current on creator economy trends, platform shifts, and pricing benchmarks
- Hitting weekly KPIs on outreach volume, CRM accuracy, and support response time
What We're Looking For:
- Must be currently based in Montenegro
- Excellent written and spoken English. Email is the primary channel.
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams
- Confident with Google Sheets and able to learn new tools quickly
- Prior experience with a CRM tool (HubSpot or similar) is a bonus
- A fast learner who takes feedback well and applies it immediately
- Self-starter who follows through without needing to be chased
- Genuinely interested in sales, negotiation, and the creator economy
- Previous experience in admin, sales support, or coordination is a bonus, not a must
