About the Role
The Creator Liaison is the first point of contact between BOSS Agency and prospective creator partners. This is a front-line outreach and relationship role focused on identifying, qualifying, and onboarding YouTube creators into the BOSS Agency roster. You will manage high-volume inbound and outbound creator communications, maintain an accurate CRM, and ensure every creator interaction is handled professionally and on-brand.

This role sits at the intersection of creator relations, sales support, and operational coordination. It requires someone who is highly organised, proactive with follow-through, and comfortable managing a fast-moving pipeline of conversations across multiple creators simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Outreach & Prospecting
  • Initiate first-contact outreach to prospective YouTube creators across niches (tech, lifestyle, outdoor, gaming, education, etc.)
  • Respond promptly to inbound creator enquiries via email
  • Assess whether a creator has existing management and route conversations accordingly (internal escalation vs. apology and graceful close)
  • Qualify creators against BOSS Agency criteria before escalating
Conversation Management & Follow-Up
  • Manage multi-touch email sequences across a large pipeline of prospects
  • Send timely follow-ups to creators who have not responded, using professional and on-brand language
  • Escalate warm or complex conversations to the CEO or relevant team member with a clean summary and full thread visibility
  • Relay creator form submissions to the HubSpot CRM pipeline and confirm completion
Creator Onboarding Support
  • Send the BOSS onboarding form to interested creators and follow up until completed
  • Confirm form submissions and update CRM records accordingly
  • Route completed onboarding to the correct internal entity (AU, EU/LATAM, HK) based on creator location
CRM Maintenance
  • Attend regular CRM check-in calls with the CEO (currently 2x weekly)
  • Update HubSpot contact and deal records accurately after each conversation
  • Flag discrepancies, missing data, or pipeline issues in check-in calls
  • Ensure all creator contacts are tagged and categorised correctly
Internal Coordination
  • CC creators@ on all external correspondence to maintain shared visibility
  • Reply All to internal threads to ensure the full team is across active conversations
  • Coordinate handoffs to the CEO, Roxy Martinovic, or other team members when required
  • Attend fortnightly all-team meetings
Communication Standards
  • Represent BOSS MGMT in a professional, warm, and on-brand tone in all creator-facing communications
  • Handle rejections, management conflicts, and brand pass communications with tact and grace
  • Use standard templates and messaging frameworks, adapting as needed based on context
What We're Looking For
  • Strong written English with a natural, professional tone
  • Close attention to detail, especially in CRM hygiene and email accuracy
  • Ability to manage a high volume of conversations without dropping threads
  • Comfortable working independently with light supervision
  • Proactive follow-through: you close loops, you don't leave things open
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
  • Understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem is a strong advantage
  • Available for regular video check-ins (timezone flexibility required)
What This Role Is Not
This is not a brand partnership or deal negotiation role. The Creator Liaison focuses exclusively on the creator side of the business. Brand relationships and campaign execution are handled by separate team members.
