About Novcato
Novcato is a newly launched real estate platform based in Montenegro. We are building a subscription-based marketplace that connects private sellers, real estate agencies, developers, service providers, and buyers, making property marketing and transactions more efficient and transparent.
We are currently in an early stage of growth. The platform is live, and our focus is now on market adoption, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing & Growth Manager who will take ownership of how Novcato grows.
This is a builder role in an early-stage company, combining strategy and execution. You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, platform growth, and brand visibility, working closely with founders and early team members.
You should be comfortable operating independently, testing ideas quickly, and working across multiple marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies for private sellers, agencies, developers, and service providers
- Drive growth in registrations, listings, and paid subscriptions
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels (landing pages, onboarding, conversion flow)
- Run performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and SEO
- Identify and test new acquisition channels and partnerships
- Support early sales efforts with targeted campaigns and lead generation leadership or product leadership role as the company grows.
Brand & Market Presence
- Define and evolve Novcato’s positioning in the real estate market
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Build awareness and trust among both professionals and consumers
- Support go-to-market execution for new features and initiatives
- Content & Growth Marketing
- Own content strategy and execution (blog, social media, email, marketinsights)
- Build Novcato’s voice as a trusted platform in real estate
- Support community-building and partner-driven visibility
Marketplace Growth
- Support balance between supply (listings) and demand (buyers)
- Improve activation, engagement, and retention metrics
- Contribute to referral and partnership initiatives
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and improve key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, retention, ROI)
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Manage marketing budget efficiently in an early-stage environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, growth, or customer acquisition
- Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing (paid + organic)
- Experience with performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads,LinkedIn, SEO)
- Comfortable working with CRM and analytics tools
- Experience in startups, marketplaces, SaaS, or subscription models is a strong advantage
- Strong execution mindset — not only strategy, but getting things done
- Data-driven approach with focus on measurable outcomes
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
- Real estate or marketplace experience
- Experience launching or scaling early-stage products
- Experience with referral, partnership, or growth loop systems
- Regional (Western Balkans) market experience
