POWER CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF CHINA LTD - DSD CRNA GORA is a branch of a leading international engineering and construction company engaged in the implementation of major infrastructure projects in Montenegro. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the overall project schedule, including milestones, critical path, and phase sub-plans, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and project objectives.
  • Monitor actual progress against the plan, regularly collect execution data from site/departments, update progress curves (e.g., S-curves), and analyze variances.
  • Prepare various progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and present project status to project managers, clients, and management.
  • Coordinate schedule interfaces among disciplines/subcontractors, ensuring seamless integration of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and resolving interface conflicts.
  • Support change management by evaluating the impact of design changes or client instructions on the schedule and updating the baseline plan.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering (or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering depending on project scope).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Advanced proficiency and hands-on experience in specialized scheduling software: Primavera P6.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for professional reporting and business correspondence.
  • Strong capability to analyze project schedules, identify operational risks, and a solid understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM) and delay analysis.
