POWER CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF CHINA LTD - DSD CRNA GORA is a branch of a leading international engineering and construction company engaged in the implementation of major infrastructure projects in Montenegro. We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible, and experienced Surveying Engineer to join our project management team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct engineering surveying and data collection
Carry out all necessary engineering surveys, setting‑out, site measurements, and data acquisition for the road project, including topographic surveys, alignment surveys, and positioning works.
2. Prepare surveying plans and reports
Develop construction surveying plans and methodologies based on the project drawings and applicable specifications. Perform necessary calculations, produce drawings, and write technical reports.
3. Operate and maintain surveying instruments
Professionally operate, calibrate, and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS/RTK systems, and level instruments, ensuring their accuracy and reliability throughout the project.
4. Ensure compliance and quality control
Verify that all surveying activities comply with Montenegrin regulations, technical standards, and project requirements. Oversee surveying checks for elevations, coordinates, and alignments during construction, monitor the process, and promptly correct any deviations.
5. Coordinate on‑site and manage documentation
Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow. Organise and compile survey results, prepare as‑built drawings, and handle the filing, archiving, and record‑keeping of all surveying data.

Requirements:
- Degree in Surveying / Geodetic Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in engineering surveying, preferably in highway, bridge, tunnel, or earthwork projects
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken) for internal reporting and communication with project management. Fluency in Montenegrin is required to effectively communicate and manage local subcontractors and labor
- Strong sense of responsibility, strict principle-oriented execution, and excellent conflict-resolution skills to manage subcontractors firmly regarding survey accuracy, site boundaries, and project tolerances
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding, open-air mountainous environments with unpredictable weather conditions, handling surveying equipment over rough terrain
