HR Coordinator / Supervisor – Human Resources & Administration

Global Expert d.o.o. is looking for a responsible, highly organised, and communicative professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator / Supervisor, with a strong focus on HR administration, employee documentation, and the management of procedures related to foreign employees.
A Law degree is preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate has strong relevant experience in the same or a similar position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day HR administration and employee documentation
- Preparing, organising, and maintaining complete employee files and personnel records
- Managing documentation and administrative procedures for foreign employees
- Preparing and following up on documentation related to work permits, residence permits, registrations, deregistrations, and other employment-related procedures
- Communicating and cooperating with government institutions, authorities, and other relevant organisations
- Coordinating the arrival and onboarding of foreign employees in Montenegro
- Monitoring the status of applications, documents, and deadlines
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic personnel files
- Preparing regular HR and administrative reports
- Communicating directly with employees and providing support regarding HR and administrative matters
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding process from an administrative perspective
- Preparing and checking employment contracts, confirmations, forms, records, and other HR documentation
- Ensuring that employee documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed
- Monitoring HR-related legal and administrative obligations
- Maintaining organised physical and digital archives
- Coordinating with accounting and other internal departments regarding employee-related matters
- Cooperating closely with management, sister companies, and business partners
- Handling confidential employee information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Performing other HR, legal, and administrative tasks as required by management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the same or a similar HR, legal, administrative, or supervisory position
- Proven experience with documentation and administrative procedures for foreign nationals
- Experience working with government institutions and relevant authorities
- Strong understanding of HR administration and employment-related procedures
- Fluent English – mandatory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard office software
- Law degree is preferred
- Knowledge of Montenegrin labour and employment regulations is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in immigration/work permit administration is a strong advantage
- Driving licence – B category is an advantage
