As Marketing Executive, Residental you will implement the marketing strategy for our real estate projects, from product launches and campaigns to property listings, events, and exhibitions. Reporting to the Real Estate Marketing Executive, Residental and working closely with our Creative, Digital, and PR teams, you will drive lead generation and align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support the development of marketing strategies for individual real estate projects, using market research and trends to maximize property exposure and marketing ROI.
- Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and creatives in collaboration with design, content, and sales teams.
- Ensure key messages and value propositions are communicated consistently across all marketing channels and materials, in line with brand positioning.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies in coordination with Digital Services, monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of online and offline awareness campaigns through reach, engagement, and conversion metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate timely and accurate updates of property listings and promotions across the website, social media, and listing portals.
- Align marketing activities with sales objectives, supporting lead nurturing, sales collateral, and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute events and exhibitions together with the Marketing and Sales teams to showcase properties, build brand visibility, and generate leads.
- High School Diploma, Desirable University Degree in Marketing, PR/Communications or similar
- Fluent in Montenegrin and English (both written and verbal) is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience (or equivalent) in marketing, preferably in real estate development sector.
