About the Role
We’re looking for one person to run our social media presence on X, TikTok and Instagram and to create the videos that go on them. You’ll own all three platforms end to end and work AI-first, from the first idea to the posted video.
What You’ll Do
- Manage our X, TikTok and Instagram accounts: plan the content calendar, publish posts, reply to comments and DMs, and grow the audience
- Create content: write hooks and scripts, edit, and produce short-form videos
- Build an AI-powered workflow from idea to posted video, and automate as much of it as possible
- Spot trends early and turn them into posts quickly
- Test formats and hooks, and report weekly on views, followers and engagement
- Daily use of current AI video and image tools, plus an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or Codex
- Proven results on X, TikTok and Instagram, with links to accounts you’ve grown and videos that performed well
- A strong sense of what each platform rewards
- Reliability and clear communication
- Experience growing accounts from zero
- Editing skills in CapCut or Premiere
- Fully remote work with flexible hours
- Real ownership of our social presence across three platforms
- Hands-on work with AI video tools as they’re being built
- Creative freedom to test new formats, ideas and workflows
- A paid test project to start, with the opportunity for long-term collaboration
