Your role is:
- To maintain high standards of all food preparation and service in the assigned kitchen
- To assist in positive outcome from any guest queries in timely and efficient manner
- To ensure food is stored properly
- To contribute to cost controlling, improving of profit margins and other financial targets
- To assist the Jr Sous Chef and Sous chef in training of all staff whenever needed
As an ideal candidate, you have:
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie at least 2 years, preferably with pizza making experience
- Prior experience from a Hotel or a high-quality Restaurant.
- Are used to work in a 5* environment and its speed and quality
- Good English speaker
