The Chedi Luštica Bay is the first of seven hotels within the beautiful Luštica Bay. Set on the front line of the marina, it provides a unique experience of waterfront living. Maintenance Department

Role essence:

• Providing preventive and corrective maintenance to the hotel infrastructure
• Performing routine hotel maintenance tasks in one or more fields

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Inspecting buildings and other structures and determining functionality of systems and detecting malfunctions and needed repairs by making notes and recommendations using a check list
• Performing maintenance tasks as needed (incandescent and fluorescent bulbs replacement, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, kitchen equipment, HVAC/R equipment)
• Performing plumbing maintenance as needed
• Performing painting, carpentry and masonry works
• Reconfiguration, installation and positioning of fixtures, furniture and equipment
• Accompanying external contractors in maintenance works
• Cleaning of workshop area and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other traits required:
• Technical High School or similar
• B Driving License
• Full proficiency in English and Montenegrin
• Basic understanding of electric works, plumbing, carpentry and masonry
• Previous experience in similar roles
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to evaluate properly
• Ability to use common tools and equipment
• Ability to resolve an emergency request when needed
