Recruiter/HR Assistant
Role summary:
As a Recruiter and HR Assistant, you will have an incredible impact as the initial point of contact and first impression for all candidates. You also play a significant role in shaping our company culture and finding individuals who embody our customer-focused mission. Finding the right people for the right position is the first line of defense to providing great customer service.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Prepare and post job advertisements;
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to identify and attract potential candidates;
- Review applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and support hiring managers in conducting interviews to identify the best-fit candidates for various roles within the organization;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and addressing candidate queries;
- Perform reference checks;
- Participate in the implementation of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System);
- Assist in preparing for Career fairs and open days;
- Assist in conducting market research;
- Participate in employer branding activities.
Other HR activities:
- Assist in training preparation;
- Undertake additional projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a recruiter/recruitment assistant or in a related role in the hospitality field (Experience in 5* resorts will be a plus);
- Familiarity with standard hiring practices, including screening candidates and conducting interviews;
- Ability to assess required skills during the interview;
- Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a positive and welcoming attitude;
- Language skills: proficient in Montenegrin/Serbian and English; knowledge of Russian and other languages is considered advantageous.
