The Service Manager will be responsible for:
Service Manager (m/f)
- Doing service and repair of watersport products;
- Everyday communication with customers, Sales department and manufacturers;
- Organization of the service department;
- Sending weekly/monthly reports to CEO;
- Business trips for customer meetings and technical discussions throughout the entire region.
- Previous experience in same or similar job;
- Excellent organisation and communication skills;
- Experience in providing customer service support;
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English and local language;
- Active user of MS Office and email correspondation.
