We are looking for the position of:
Sommelier
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the procurement, storage, and sale of wines
- Creates the wine list/menu
- Trains restaurant staff to recommend wines with appropriate dishes
- Monitors wine auctions and fairs, striving to secure exclusive wines for the restaurant, especially those from the finest vintages
- Must be knowledgeable about wine laws in all wine-producing countries, stay informed about any changes, and be aware of innovations in the wine industry
Requirements:
- Obtained professional education lasting a minimum of 3 years
- At least 2 years of experience in the position of sommlier
- Ability for logical thinking and easy communication with colleagues and superiors
