Job description:
- Develop, implement, and execute our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
- Plan, create, publish, and share new engaging content (including original text, images, video, and code) on a daily basis.
- Conduct photo shoots and edit photos and videos to create high-quality visual content.
- Make billboard designs and flyers to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate actions.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
- Acquire, catalog, and maintain collateral material such as films, video and audiotapes, photographs, and software programs.
- Oversee all aspects of content creation, including concept development, writing, and visual design.
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations,
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist,
- Fluent in Montenegrin and English language, knowledge of Turkish language is a plus.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills,
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge,
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO,
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels,
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability,
- Fluency in English.
