Sales Manager (Duty Free&Travel Retail)
in Tivat
Main responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies to grow Beluga’s visibility, volume, and profitability within the international duty-free channel in export markets.
- Conduct regular field visits to international duty-free channels in various countries, negotiating with travel retail accounts.
- Participate in pricing and discount management, target setting, and profitability planning within the travel retail channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and customers.
- Manage customers within the travel retail channel, leading customer meetings and negotiations, including contract signing and participation in tenders.
- Actively search for and identify new business partners and customers to expand market presence, assortment, and the number of distributors.
- Lead annual and operational sales business planning within the channel, including budget planning, financial goal setting, and staff motivation.
- Participate in the preparation of annual brand and marketing plans for customers and develop and plan marketing activities.
- Implement global marketing campaigns, ensuring all marketing programs adhere to brand guidelines; initiate and manage events.
- Control and coordinate all other key marketing activities within the area, such as exhibitions, on-trade POSM development and distribution, and other image projects. Prepare for and participate in international exhibitions.
- Create all local reports, including quarterly marketing reports, monthly sales reports with practical insights, half-year reviews, annual sales planning, and funds contribution. Ensure fulfillment of agreements; oversee customer payment control; manage customer contracts and agreements; and handle other legal issues.
Requirements:
- Work experience in international sales of Alcohol products within the international duty-free channel in export markets & managing and cooperation with partners not less than 3-5 years. Transnational TOP-5 spirits companies - preferably:
- Higher education, preferably in Economics or Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written English are a must.
- Strong understanding in marketing/trade marketing area.
- Ability and willingness to frequent business trips with zone of responsibility:
