We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual for the position of Human Resources Manager. A Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing first-class employee relations services to the hotel to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with Human Resources strategy and managing succession planning.
What will I be doing?
As a Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for providing first-class employee relations services to the hotel to deliver an excellent staff experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Helping team leaders to create an effective onboarding plan for new employees and guiding/advising them through the onboarding phase;
- Manage succession planning with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process;
- Coordinating the performance cycles from a process perspective (guidelines, timelines, format);
- Support managers to ensure success of their teams;
- Support the hotel with departmental training requirements;
- Working with leaders in creating Career plans or Personal Development Plans for their team members;
- Control costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets;
- Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability;
- Work with local organizations and schools to promote the hospitality industry;
- Assist and resolve team member and management queries.

- Bachelor degree in Business/HR/Psychology/ or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Managerial role;

- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally;
