Role Purpose:
Providing comprehensive administrative, technical, and operational support to ensure the effective execution of projects and initiatives related to government and community engagement. This role acts as a key point of coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders, contributing to the smooth operation of meetings, the preparation of critical documents, and the oversight of project progress. By efficiently managing schedules, documentation, and communication, the position enables the organization to strengthen its relationships with government entities and community partners, fostering collaboration and achieving strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Maintaining records, organizing and scheduling basic and regular meetings, managing the calendar, coordinating with colleagues from other departments, and preparing draft analyses related to projects.
- Technical Support
- Preparing materials for meetings, drafting meeting agendas, preparing draft minutes, and tracking projects and documentation.
- Managing Ongoing Projects
- Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects and preparing draft reports.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma
- Category “B” Driving License
- Job-Specific Experience
- 2 years’ experience in similar positions
