Site Construction Manager
Job terms:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering with valid licensed in Montenegro
- Total professional work experience 12 years,
- Similar work experience 6 years (wastewater treatment, water treatment, pumping station, preliminary treatment plant construction works)
- Experienced of execution of the project on site,
- Experienced of FIDIC Contract Conditions,
- Experienced of local regulations and standards,
- Experienced in planning and preparation of construction execution,
- Fluent in writing and speaking English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently,
- Excellent Problem solving skills, ability of take decision, conflict resolution and leadership,
- Experience of management of the site,
- Monitoring the project deliverables to meet requirements of Employer and Engineer,
- Control and follow of the execution of the project on site as satisfy of Engineer and Employer requirements.
