Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at Discover Montenegro in Tivat. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, driving sales growth through innovative campaigns, managing client relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills,
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans,
- Client relationship management and negotiation skills,
- Market analysis and trend identification abilities,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
- Strong organizational and time management skills,
- Ability to work well in a team and independently,
- Experience in the luxury travel or hospitality industry is a plus,
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
