What You’ll Do

- Monitor and analyze agents’ and warehouses’ performance to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Review and interpret statistics and reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Propose solutions and process enhancements based on your findings.
- Create simple charts and summaries to visualize key insights.
- Work with the reporting team to create and refine reports and dashboards.
- Communicate observations daily with the team to support operational improvements.
- Attend meetings to present findings, provide feedback, and recommend actionable solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Excel; willingness to learn additional tools as needed.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly.
- Fluency in English.
