Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
- Promoting our cutting-edge HVAC electronic components to potential customers.
- Identifying market opportunities and developing strategies to expand the company's presence in Montenegro.
- Providing technical and product knowledge to clients.
- Collaborating with our team in Poland to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly reporting on market trends, sales activities, and competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or electronics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (Polish is a plus).
- Technical background or understanding of HVAC systems is advantageous.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Montenegro.
- Valid driver’s license.
