We are looking for a skilled and experienced Skipper to oversee boat navigation, ensure passenger safety, and provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, responsible, and passionate about maritime operations.

- Fully understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Navigate the boat safely, including mooring, anchoring, and maintaining control in various weather conditions.
- Keep the deck and cockpit clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Ensure all guests feel welcomed and receive responsive, friendly, and professional service.
- Oversee all health and safety measures related to boat operations.
- Comply with Montenegrin coastal regulations and maritime laws.
- Stay informed about special events and promotions to assist and guide guests effectively.
- Greet guests warmly and provide helpful guidance on their boating experience.
- Educate and instruct guests on safe boating practices.
- Assist guests in making the most of their recreational activities.
- Maintain the boat storage area in a clean and organized manner.
- Participate in post-event breakdowns and deep cleaning of the boat and surrounding areas.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Valid sailing certificate.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good decision-making skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively.
